Wide tires-
Still ever popular, one of
the most asked questions we
get is “What’s the fattest
tire I can put on the back
of my bike?” Of course our
answer is “How much do you
want to spend?” Every
scenario is a little
different. Things to keep in
mind that limit your tire
size are…rim size, belt and
rear pulley width, (chain
conversions can be an
option) fender and swing arm
size. Also when determining
your budget, be sure to
include for painting the new
fender, a wider seat pan if
needed, rear lighting and
license plate mounting. |

Handlebars-
Ape hangers, drag bars and
everything in between.
Whether you want to stretch
out, up, down, or low and
wide, we can put your hands
where you really want them.
You might as well upgrade to
stainless cables while we’re
at it, for a really clean
look. |

Chroming/Powder Coating-
A great way to upgrade your
stock parts and make it
easier to keep clean. We’ll
be glad to price per piece,
let us know what you want
shiny. Keep in mind the
chroming and powder coating
process from drop off to
pick up usually takes 4-6
weeks. |

Custom Seat Pans-When
doing a wide tire conversion
or custom building on an
aftermarket frame, a custom
seat pan may be needed to
accommodate the wider or
custom frame. Custom seat
pans fabricated from
fiberglass can be made for
any application. This
picture shows Travis
creating a seat for a Sportster 180 tire
conversion. |
